Design and quote — a design matched to your brand, with a fixed written quote.
Install — overnight or early morning, so the store opens finished.
Strike — we return to remove and clear everything when the campaign ends.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should we book a store opening?

Two to three weeks is comfortable; tell us the trading date, the shopfront dimensions and your brand colours. Shorter notice is often possible — ask.

Can you match our brand colours exactly?

Yes. We work from your brand guide or Pantone references and choose balloon colours and finishes to match the fascia and campaign.

Do you install before trading hours?

Yes — store openings are usually installed overnight or early morning so the entrance is finished before the doors open, and we strike and clear afterwards.

Do you handle mall rules and approvals?

We work within centre management's rules on access times, fixings, fire exits and helium, and can supply method statements and our public liability details when the centre asks for them.

Do you work outside Mpumalanga?

Our crews are based in Mbombela and work across Mpumalanga. For openings elsewhere in South Africa, send the date and location and we'll confirm availability through our crews or franchise network.
