- Exclusive — no other Mr Helium & Co franchisee is licensed in your territory.
- Sized to the package — a town or suburb cluster (Launch), a larger town or metro zone (Signature), or several towns or metros with sub-territory rights (Regional Master).
- Confirmed in writing — the boundary is mapped in the disclosure document and agreement.
